Kitzbüheler Alpenrallye

A journey back in time. In June, the Kitzbühel Alpine Rally will once again morph the roads into an outdoor museum as iconic classics, chic youngtimers and exotic cars roll over a distance of 600 kilometres over the course of the three-day event. Admire prestigious brands such as Bentley, Bugatti, Lamborghini, Porsche, Ferrari, Jaguar, Mercedes-Benz, Aston Martin or Rolls Royce and enjoy the vibrant hustle and bustle all around.

Kitzbühel Classic & Classic in the Alps

As magical sounds resonate all over the town, it can only be a sign for Kitzbühel Classic and Classic in the Alps being on the stages once again. Both festivals provide a platform for up-and-coming opera stars as well as renowned artists, treating the audience to a programme of classical opera arias and popular international songs in many special locations.

As soon as the Kitzbühel tennis stadium starts to vibrate, there's no doubt that it's Andreas Gabalier's open-air performance rocking the crowds. The Kitzbühel Music Festival sees two evenings of exceptional music on stage. As part of Friday’s show, the Styrian musician celebrates a unique evening with the audience. On Saturday evening, it is all about the “DIRNDL-WAHNSINN” tour!

Kitzbühel Cycling Marathon

Once again, it’s time to hit the pedals! Following its world premiere in 2021, the Kitzbühel Cycling Marathon will be held anew in September. Participants have to cover a total distance of 216 kilometres and tackle an impressive 4,600 metres in altitude. To top off the spectacle, there are two finish lines: the Kitzbüheler Horn mountain and the district Kitzbühel Vorderstadt. A challenging event with plenty of fun for young and adults alike.

The Kitzbühel Spring Games are the highlight for sports enthusiasts in spring! From March to April 2025, the international sports community will come together in Kitzbühel for an event in a class of its own, featuring unusual disciplines, plenty of adrenaline and a party atmosphere. Enjoy the unique atmosphere in the fantastic ski resort. Various events await you, such as Bump & Jumps, Spring Swing Wedel Contest, Kitzbühel Extreme Waterslide Contest or the Masters of the Swing Ski and Golf Tournament in April - a must for adventure seekers!

Generali Open Kitzbühel

At the end of July, the ATP World Tour pops up in the “Gamsstadt” – drawing the world's leading tennis players to the Leukental valley. The 80th Generali Open has lots to offer, not just in terms of nail-biting matches but also off the courts. These include the Kids Day, Ladies Day or the U14 Next Up competition, aimed at scouting young talents.

Film Festival Kitzbühel

Curtain up for the Kitzbühel Film Festival – an event that unites film-makers from all over the world. Aiming at promoting national and international talents, the festival presents films to an auditorium of movie enthusiasts, representatives of the film industry and journalists. This provides newcomers with a platform and film aficionados with all kinds of contemporary, traditional, unconventional, clear, small and large productions.

Christmas season at Kitzbühel

Kitzbühel, November-December

A festive alpine idyll which can hardly be beaten. From late November until Christmas, Kitzbühel's historic centre is transformed into a Christmas wonderland. 34 charmingly decorated stalls entice you to take a leisurely stroll through the old town. With a cup of mulled wine in your hand, you can roam from booth to booth, savour some Tyrolean delicacies and discover high-quality handicrafts – you might even find one or the other Christmas present.
